Designed for quick and easy customization of seating arrangements, Haven has the ability to transform from a standard straight couch to a 90 degree sectional, and any formation in-between.  

The main design feature involves a flexible sleeve that appears to create a backrest when the couch is adjusted to the 90 degree position.

Using a circular table to act as a pivot point was the initial idea that sparked our design. This led us to realize the importance of angular seating for social occasions. 
Blue foam models were made as proof of concept and to help aid the 3d modeling process.

3d renderings were created to help us visualize final forum choices,  and were also very helpful in building the physical prototype.
