Project in 2010 to design a consumer cable cam capable of carrying a light to medium weight camera long distances by running on a line. At the time cameras like Go-Pro were just emerging and sparking a boom of interest in their use, and accessories to go along with them.
The main design element was allowing the path of the camera to take a curve, instead of being restricted to only a straight line. This was accomplished by creating a seamless transition between the line, and a flexible curve that would mount to an object in the environment, or tripod.
